well, after the long training lesson i had at MOE today on the teaching profession, i realised that teaching is challenging, and certainly it's not as easy as abc. there's tons of things to remember and take note of, and so many qualities an effective teacher should have. no doubt, through just today's training itself, i've learnt quite alot on how to handle rowdy classes and how to get 40 students engaging with you throughout the whole lesson. well, today's only theory. it's not put into practice yet! all i know is i'll get a class in pioneer secondary, that's all. frankly speaking, those butterflies i had in my stomach are still there. i really wonder how am i going to face the class on monday with the jitters i have! there's still training session tmr, and friday i'll get to meet the principal and get familiarise with the school or something. Monday shall be the biggest challenge. oh, i really hope i would get a bunch of guai-kias(LOL), which i think is very unlikely. hahas. not to forget, the dress code is a mental torture too. my sis told me that i dunch have the looks of a teacher. she said i looked more like a student than a teacher! having looked in the mirror myself, what she said seemed true i guessed. hahas.
