chemicals- odour description
  1. furanol- burnt, furavo, used in strawberry flavor, sweet and caramelic (caramel smell)
  2. lemon oil- lemon, refreshing note (lemony smell)
  3. hexylactate- estery note, green leafy note, green apple flavoring (bitter banana smell)
  4. diacetyl- sweet caramelic note (ice cream smell)
  5. vanillin- pandan buttery note
  6. iso-amylacetate- sweet, warm (similar to hexylactate)
  7. cis-3-hexenol- fresh grassy note (cod liver)
  8. terpinolene- clorinated, pungent, disinfectant note
  9. ethyl capronate- pineapple note, distinctive butyeric smell (very ripe pineapple smell)
  10. gamma-nonalactone- lactonic note, sweet butyeric (coconut oil smell)
  11. propylene glycol- no smell, diluent of solvent
Idk how the hell i should go about memorizing these flavors.
