it's been some time since i last blogged, i presumed? HAHAS.
there're a couple of things which can make me smile from ear to ear.. koufu's.. and erm.. some other stuff, cant think of it right now. LOL.
speaking of koufu..
maybe i didnt mention it here before. or perhaps if u saw jiaqi's blog, u'll know.
initially we really think that our product is unappealing.
try imagining a square shaped fried food product with the centre bloated.
well, it looks cute.
BUT if you dont fry it in a proper way, well, the unhealthy oil will accumulate at the centre and mind you, the centre wont look in the least bloated. "inflated" will be the most appropriate word to describe the failed product. square+inflated=youwontwannaeat.
so after all the umpteen attempts of frying, still, we thought of using the "inflated" product the day before the mock presentation.
demoralising but hey, lady luck's with us! we changed the shape into a "popiah roll"?(:
it tasted good, not much oil accumulated at the centre anymore.
you wont go "eeuuuuuuu" after putting the whole product in your mouth, trying to rub the oil off your fingers, giving the disgusted look anymore!
everyone went "wow, taste good!" perhaps a little oil just at the tip of your fingers, but you know, KFC never fail to advertise "finger-licking good". imagine that!
compliments are everywhere, and i think this got into the three of us. we never frown over our product anymore. we're proud to say our product is GOOD! (well, the real thing will be on 14/01, & we do hope to get into the finals, results will be released on the following day-15/01/09)
that's gonna be so exciting. =D but we cant be too complacent, girls!
what i'm afraid is the induction we'll be using to fry the product.
i've been frying and frying and frying in sp, but i've never tried frying that cute little thing in nyp before.
hopefully nothing goes wrong that day. *cross-fingers*

well, another happy thing- yoghurt application.
that was a success, i believed.
it turned out great.. icing sugar on top of the puff, chocolate fudge in the fudge sandwiched with yoghurt. how delicious can it get if you put this in your mouth? *aromatic, sweet, filled with love? HAHAHAS!*
this is something great we achieved.

recalling the very first time we attempted on our development of koufu and yoghurt application, it was extremely demoralising. both products failed on us! all of us thought that was the end. but hey, everything's turned out to be just fine! *SMILES=D*
