today work jus sucks can. cuz of the fucking supervisor existence. he really doesnt have any respect for his workers man. i can say out loud, this is not the way to demand his workers for work and his attitude sucks to the core. damn. who did he think he is? the CEO of the company he own? oh please, give mi a break. tt's jus onli a small company for god's sake. and in order to franchise tt small company of urs, please learn how to take care of the welfare of ur workers as well as their feelings. they work for the sake of money, not for u alright?! if u say u wanna deduct our pay like nobody's business, would u mind losing ur customer this easily as well? please, i think u really nit a "sheng siong working bible" and read it urself how u shd go about managing ur workers. first rule, it is to have good relationship with ur workers, so tt both workers and supervisor will bring a better income to the company. if u din even noe this minor principle, how are u going to expand ur business to the outside world? and please, ur workers really dunch have any respect for u cant u see it? it's not even break time and lunch time, yet they'll on the dot be very exact for their meals. what the hell is this? u're the main rootcause for the none discipline in the workers. and please, are u a human? i doubt u are right? if u are a human, u wont talk to another human in tt crude manner of urs. there's jus so many loopholes for u to fill them up in this company. a company isnt onli about earning money, it's also about the feelings, the emotions tt workers go thru. u said u did those work before, but did the supervisor demand u to do those stuff? no he didnt, did he? for god's sake, u jus dunch fit the bill of being a supervisor. do some soul-searching why most of the workers hate u, why most of the workers give u such attitude. it isnt because they wanna have a strike or wanna have a demonstration on the street against u, it's because u jus dunch treat them like how u treat ur daddy and mummy. i'm telling u, even a small sheng siong supermarket has a even better supervisor, a even more humane supervisor, a even more respectable supervisor, unlike u. being uncouth and disrespect to the workers is jus a grave mistake, cuz the more u do tt to ur workers, the more they'll rebel. so wat if u wanna meet ur target? i'm jus a newbie for goodness sake! so a newbie is jus someone whose willing to work for u? oh please, dunch let mi laugh my arse out, i dunch work for u, i work for the sake of money. if ur company doesnt provide such "nice" rate, who cares about u not meeting ur target and being unable to give it to the customers on time? who cares about ur mere filthy money? nope for my sake. if ya gonna give mi attitude tml and provoke mi like how u did today, u aint gonna have a happy day i'm telling u. i'm gonna scold the arse outta u and spit on u. cuz u dunch deserve any of my pity. u jus suck larr. bastard mopeng face.
