hmm, went for training today. hais. my injuries from the previous rollerblade fall hasn't recover at all and today when we went for a short run, the pain was killing me like hell. not only that, my right arm is giving mi problems in doing weights. shaggs. the pain was excruciating when i tried to lift up the bar, even without the weights, i couldn't lift that bar up! i think i spained my arm during rollerblade training on fri when going downslope. i was afraid that i would fall and when i went down the slope, choo hong and jyhchau manage to get hold of mi, but sadly, jyhchau got hold of mi by pulling my arms. well, i dun blame him, in fact i thank him, thank him cuz if he din even get hold of my arm, i'll fall on my back again. tt time will be worse! so i'd rather i sprain my hand. when lifting weights, it's a total pain in my right arm. hais. and cause of the pain, i did teared. think zakkiya saw my tears in my eyes, tt's y she stopped mi from doing the weights. hais. wonder when all these injuries will heal..

den today went to the zoo. it's really fun today, though there's times when i always feel thirsty and hungry. well, tt's mi. i forgot to bring water bottle, only have myself to blame.. hmm, saw lots of cute animals including sheeps and goats. they captivated us and got us to be that goat area for ard 20 mins? nodnod, ard there bahhs. hmmm, we were like teasing and making the sound of the sheeps.. [bahh bahh] lols. and those goats and sheeps did reply to our callings. lols. and there got our choir starts again. lols. and ohh, i remember the baboo tt fu*ked infront of us. lols. and well, i'm not 18 yet and i saw ''porn'' live! lols. we were laughing like hell there and was really noisy i guess. saw many ppl there looking at us. lols. well, tt's us.. hahas. den saw lots of guinea pigs. haiis, kinda missed the guinea pig tt i onced have. died lerrs. i remember how cute it was when i opened the fridge and it would give a squeak sound to show tt it's hungry.. well, the onli pic i took wit the animals were the guinea pigs. so damn cute. lols. den went to eat "wan zai". hmmm, not bad, jux tt bit too expensive? the milk tea was really nice though. next time i gotta drink it if i go there again. hees.

den just now something happened larr. went to help a friend in need. tt friend tell mi to help and well, i also wanted to help too. den kinda felt relieved when i vent out my frustrations at one of the blog's tagbox. well, i saw sth not really nice to tt person who asked mi to help larr, so i just typed what i feel in the tagbox. ya. well, if tt person tt i told him off wasn't really happy wit mi, he's free to confront mi. i'm not in a least afraid to see him at all. in fact if there's a chance, i'd seize the opportunity to tell him off man. how could he said those things to hurt MY FRIEND man! well, jux hope tt my friend would be alright. i dunch wanna see my friend getting hurt, especially tt friend of mine. dunch noe y i still wanna treat tt friend so good, maybe i'm used to treating tt friend well for years le bahhs, and it became a natural instinct to help tt friend of mine. hees. hope tt tt friend of mine would feel alright and not getting itself emo.. yupps.
